Inclusive Impact (融.聚.歷) customises team-based workshops to fulfil both individual and group training & coaching needs. Participants will struggle and grow through a series of innovative, in-depth team challenges in wheelchairs while discovering themselves in this experiential, challenging learning process.
Our workshops have been purposely architect to focus on the Corporate and Large NGO sectors, from Orientation to Team Transformation. But, of course, to have a lot of Fun and Laughter too.

Spark workshop consists of five key elements in People and Change Management. It is ideal for team-building and retreat purposes, where the theme of each session can be tailor-made to the specific brief from client.

Our Experiential workshop focus to identify a “Worth-solving” pain point/ problem to fulfil a specific “Service Gap” as a product or service through participant engagement. Not only to learn the process of Design Thinking but also need how to execute into participants’ work and life.
